Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Halal Trade AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit halal-trade-ai.top (the "Site") or submit a registration request. We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable, the data protection rules of other GCC countries.

2. Data we collect

Data you give us: first name, last name, email address, mobile number and the country linked to that number.

Data collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate (country-level) location;
  • browser, device, operating system and language settings;
  • pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit;
  • campaign and referral parameters in the link you used (for example click IDs or sub-IDs).

Some of this is collected through cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your data

  • to process your registration request and contact you by phone, email or messaging apps;
  • to pass your request to partner investment service providers who can offer you access to their services;
  • to pre-select your country in the phone field and show relevant content;
  • to measure the performance of the Site and our campaigns;
  • to prevent fraud, misuse and duplicate submissions;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and where necessary for the steps you have asked us to take.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Partner service providers — financial and investment businesses that receive your request so they can contact you, under their own privacy policies;
  • Technology providers — hosting, lead-management, IP-geolocation and analytics services acting on our instructions;
  • Advertising partners — such as Meta, when measurement pixels are active;
  • Authorities — where required by applicable law.

5. Cross-border transfers

Some recipients may be located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, as required by the PDPL.

6. Retention and security

We keep registration data only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally no more than 24 months after your last interaction — unless the law requires longer. The Site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access to personal data is restricted. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing, or withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office.

9. Age restriction

The Site is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].
