1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern access to halal-trade-ai.top (the "Site") and the use of the information services provided by Halal Trade AI ("we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting the registration form, you accept these Terms.
2. General information only
The Site presents a trading platform assisted by an artificial intelligence engine. Its content — text, charts, forecasts, simulations and examples — is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and is not an offer, a solicitation or personal financial advice. Halal Trade AI is not licensed by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the DFSA, the FSRA or any other financial regulator and does not provide investment services itself.
Your registration request may be shared with partner investment service providers, who will contact you and provide their own terms, licensing details and disclosure documents.
3. Sharia screening
The screening filter described on the Site applies commonly used industry criteria to exclude certain sectors and highly indebted companies. It is provided for information only. Halal Trade AI is not certified by a Sharia supervisory board, and nothing on the Site is a fatwa or religious ruling. Scholarly opinions differ, in particular on leveraged, derivative and short-term trading. If compliance is important to you, consult a qualified scholar before investing.
4. Engine forecasts
Forecasts generated by the engine are based on statistical models applied to historical and current data. They are probability estimates and may prove inaccurate, especially during unexpected events or periods of high volatility.
5. Eligibility
The Site is intended only for adults (21 years or older) with full legal capacity. You agree to provide accurate information that relates to you personally.
6. Risk warning
Trading on financial markets carries a risk of losing some or all of the capital invested. Leveraged products in particular can lead to rapid losses. Past performance and simulations are not a reliable indicator of future performance, and no return is guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
The Halal Trade AI name and logo, the structure of the Site and all of its content are protected. Any reproduction or use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care to keep published information accurate but cannot guarantee it is free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the Site's content, for temporary unavailability of the service or for loss arising from third-party websites.
